With my 10 years of experience working with food and with people from all over Europe, I use my deep understanding and knowledge of nutrition and its impact on health and psyche. Focusing my practice around understanding the psychology of eating, I create customised balanced meal plans and provide one to one coaching to guide and motivate my clients to lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
I believe in intelligent and insightful eating. I will educate you to make intelligent choices about food and exercise, taking into account your lifestyle and your fitness goals that will keep you young in your body and sharp in your mind.
Each body is a result of its lifestyle and choices with unique goals and thus every body needs a personalised diet and nutrition plan. Whether you eat meat or are a vegetarian, vegan or a pescatarian, I will work with you to tailor diet plans that fits with who you are, what foods you enjoy, and how you live your life. My outlook towards diet plans is to create a circle of choices that easily allows my clients to dine out without difficulty, one that tastes good and leaves them feeling satisfied, improving their overall health, and enabling them to lose or manage their weight without feelings of deprivation or denial.
I have also worked extensively with a wide range of nutrition related health problems including obesity, diabetes, cardio-vascular disease, food allergies, digestive and immune system in adults.
